Honestly, my lack of a hobby drives me to drink. I have no job or gainful means of time occupation. Get bored. Drink. Party later. Sleep. Shower. Rinse. Repeat.
Went for a massive swim yesterday past *station 4* cove. I say massive because I don’t have any fins and found myself trucking all over the area. My ass cheek muscles (glutes), inner/outer thighs, hip flexors, lats, shoulder all over…..its really tight today. I was feeling completely like crap but knew staying indoors would only prolong it. Late afternoon had me in the water slathered with enough sunblock to cause an oil slick.
Another night of drinking water and staying sober is not making me feel any better today other than the sweet pain of exercised muscles.

A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine, that means they take the water out of the fruity bit so you get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out of grain. Bottoms up!
