Wow… we had 6 brownouts in a single night here on Boracay. It started around 8pm and would have one for 30-60 min then on for an hour or two. Just one long series of brownouts.
Go figure, they installed a whole new electrical grid over a 2 month period that’s ‘made’ to withstand typhoons … but a simple windy night wrecked havoc with it.
