So my good buddy McCaw hails from Irish blood and is the only person I've met that can consistently drink as much as myself, day after day. He's been sitting in Manila for a while and kept talking about having the maid fix him tacos during drunken episodes. One day he makes drunk-food for lack of proper taco supplies, rice tacos! Apparently I was thinking of something different: I think he likes this even sober. I mean c'mon… rice, hotsauce, un-meltable Eden fake cheese, and a tortilla.
