Yup, first time in the US since 2004. Woke up around midnight-30 and slowly packing, hopefully ready for departure around noonish – the place I’m staying has mixed comments about having an internet cafe’- versus having wi-fi, so I’m not sure how connected I’ll be – and you know I get all wiggy without my internet fix. Mostly, I’m cleaning the laptop and uploading everything in case someone tries an anal-cavity search of my files.

I did last time… they let every fucking nationality skip thru, but me in the US Citizen line? Noooo… I got held 15 minutes. I had a passport, a DoD chip card, and even a US Embassy ID card. I swear, if I ever get in power… I’m locking the borders. And if you’re there on a work visa from a shithole country… get the FUCK out! I can think of plenty of American nurses needing jobs.
