Red Pirates losing the beach?

Red Pirates pub down near Station 3 has this wacko group of people claiming they own the beach in front of them. They came and put this crappy looking ‘alter’-like stand between 2 trees and actually chained it there.In the day they have craploads of nasty urchins laying about trying to sell food and trinkets – and honestly, it looks so filthy that it drives people away. No one wants to see your unbathed half-naked child eating dog shit in public!
Apparently they once held the title from who-knows-when in the past and know the current title doesn’t apply to the beachside land… – - no shit Sherlock! NO IS ALLOWED TO DEVELOP OR OWN LAND WITHIN 25 METERS OF THE AVERAGE HIGH TIDE MARK. The title is real, somehow. The 25 meter high-tide restriction is for building permanent structures.
I guess they filed a grievance with the local whoever but really, its been 2 weeks now. This shit should have been resolved the same night it happened. Its a public municipal ordinance after all. Not enforcing that law is like someone beating another with a baseball bat and saying “well, we’ll deal with it later in the courts…but for now, he still gets to hit you”.

glad took the ilo ilo flight back to cebu coz chad sent a news about the plane crash landing in caticlan… i was still bit pissed off over some matters that time but glad though didnt take the caticlan one…-A xx

What a bunch of bullshit. People have always been jealous of Red Pirates success back in the day, esp when we were throwing big parties there and had half the island show up for an all nighter.
It sucks nobody on the island has any balls to do anything about it. It’s bullshit like that is why the PI sucks for having businesses.
And I know your drunk ass has scoped out their borders to throw that shit in the water. Where’s Rocky and Gaz drunk as hell when we need them??!!!

We fixed that problem and got rid of the old bitch who was trying to claim the land. The barangay captain told her in no uncertain terms she is not allowed to build on that area or fence it off, it is now classified as 25 meters setback.
