Playing music on your cell phone, out loud and not using an earpiece, is completely retardedly stupid. If you do this, then I hereby declare you an idiot with the intelligence of a tic-tac. It’s publicly annoying for others and stupid on your behalf. You can barely understand which song it is. It doesn’t make you look cool just because you have the current pop hits… “look at me! I’m cool! I have this popular song so that proves I’m cool!!!”
I don’t know the history of Filipino social trends so that’s the only one I can think of at the moment. In the USA, its currently those damn Bluetooth earpieces. A person eating in Taco Bell, too much effort to stop eating and get the phone? I saw people checking into La Quinta wearing them. Listen…. if you’re staying at La Quinta or any hotel under $200 a night, trust me on this: You are not important enough to need that much connectivity. In WalMart, those big huge ghetto booties with their grip-n-sip of purple drank, got four kids of different races and a cart of generic brand everything? And you can’t be bothered to reach for a cell phone? I think the worst was USA late 80′s when people carried around those car-battery mobile phones on a shoulder strap.
