The brownouts have gotten bad lately, now its not even scheduled stuff. Every day, the electricity has gone out before sunrise and stayed of for a number of hours. Normally coming back on around noon, then out again for a few hours. Several days ago, it went out at 5am and came back on at 21:30 pm. Another day, they called around to say it was out @13:00 – 17:00 for a pole replacement… I’m like “how does the power have to go out all day for a pole replacement?”. I’m no elecrician, but I know enough to make a constant bypass.
