Where to start: Toss the veggies, spices, craptastic fake butter, onions… pretty much everything but the mayo, eggs, bread, and mustard…. into the pot. These frozen things never cook quite right and remain stiff. At the end, reduce until you get worried about burning (hopefully you stirred occasionally or else you’re screwed already.) Add a half cup of water and boil that joker on high heat…. sizzle damnit!
Dont do that too long, then crack the 2 eggs and stir in with a spoon. Yes, I said spoon, not fork. If you have a Spork from the 80′s….. dont use that, sell it on eBay and make a fortune. Anyway, add the soy-sauce well after the egg has hardenend into shredded looking bits. That stuff keeps eggs from cooking fully. Heat on high again for a short while then off.
Slap some threads of mustard on both slices of bread, mix the mayo in the stuff, and make a sammich! Pretty damn good.
