• Potassium Gluconate 99mg, 3% RDA (apparently not good in single large doses)
• Magnesium 250mg, 63% RDA
• Aspirin 300mg
• Valsartan 80mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg
• Loperamide 2mg
• Vit  B1 -B6 – B12 tablet 100mg

A rehydration tablet (like alka seltzer) in a bottle or water with:

• sodium         1620mg
• potassium      360mg
• chloride        1440mg
• bicarbonate    540mg
• glucose        1998mg

wow, thats a lot.

And a multi vitamin that doesn’t actually look like it has anything useful in any decent amounts and a lot of crap there should never be any need to be in a vitamin…with this:

• Vit  A 1000 IU
• Vit D²  200 IU
• Vit E    1 IU
• Vit B1   5mg
• Vit B6   1.5mg
• Vit b12   5mcg
• Nicotinamide 20mg (wtf, i had to look this up, its vitamin B3)
• Calcium Pantothenate 10mg
• diBasic Calcium Phosphate 100mg
• Cupric Sulfate 2.5mg
• Iron 10mg
• Magnesium Sulfate 2.5mg
• Manganese Sulfate 3.6mg
• Potassium Sulfate 650mcg
• Methionine 5mg
• Lysine Hydrochloride 2.5mg
• Inositol 5mg
• Debittered Brewers Yeast 25mg (again, wtf is this for?)
